The transmitter was hidden Here.

 

The transmitter was placed in the middle of Trabuco Mesa park, just west of Plano Trabuco rd (Thomas guid Orange County page 893 1C). It had a three element horizontally polarized yagi directing 35 watts point blank at Santiago peak.
