Pathfinder Hunt
Hiders: N6AIN Deryl and WA6PYE Steve
Where: In the hills of Playa Del Rey, between LAX and Marina Del Rey
To make sure Don's numb equipment could hear it, we were running over
120 watts at the start. After about 1.5 hours, to save the battery, the
power was droped to about 50 watts.

Jippy is the winner, but he says he will be on a 10,000 mile road trip
and not available to hid in June. So Don KF6GQ will be hiding.
I would like to thank Jippy, Don, and Bob and Cathy for driving all the
way west, and Dave for even showing up. With the price of gas what it
is, it's hard to get anyone to show up for these hunts.
