Mr. Wallis barrowed a T box from Deryl N6AIN and then passed it on to a fellow employee Kasandra, KC6ZMY, who passed it on to her mother, La Wanda WA6WGJ. She placed it on the top of a fence at the back of her home in El Monte and mistakenly turned it on at 6:30 pm, one hour early.
